welcome,

I'm Aisha Nanyanzi!

I am the principal attorney at AKN Immigration. Having been through the U.S. immigration system myself, I understand the difficulties of having no immigration status and why a good attorney is necessary to navigate a complex, challenging, and changing U.S. immigration system.

I was born in Uganda and immigrated to the U.S. in my mid-twenties. When I arrived, I was overwhelmed with how to even begin my journey. My immigration attorney was critical to my path to U.S. citizenship and later hired me as his paralegal. After almost a decade as a paralegal, I graduated from New England Law Boston. I leverage my experience as an immigrant, as a paralegal, and now as an immigration attorney to handle immigration cases of all types whether it be asylum, green cards, naturalization or any humanitarian immigration relief.

I have dedicated my life to helping immigrants realize the dream of U.S. citizenship. I will represent you with empathy, compassion, and a consistently professional work ethic to accompany my exceptional proficiency and experience in the field of immigration law.
